You can also do this with what&#039;s called &quot;pass book&quot; loans at banks. Put money in a savings account, borrow against it, put in in another bank, borrow against that, them pay the first loan offer.  Take the money out and pay the second loan off. Just make sure they report this credit history to the credit bureaus.</description>
